Thank you for shopping with LIVEE. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

• Remote Locations: 5–9 business days

Please note that delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical delays.

Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless stated otherwise during promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for most pincodes across India. Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch. If the order confirmation call or message is not answered, the order may be cancelled.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the order is undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be cancelled.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. LIVEE will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
