At LIVEE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged

Product is defective

Wrong item delivered
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage, missing item, or wrong product. Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used or installed

The packaging is missing or damaged by the customer

The customer does not like the product or ordered by mistake

COD orders refused at delivery
Replacement Policy
We provide replacement only for damaged or defective items (no instant refunds). Our team will arrange a reverse pickup after approval.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if:

Replacement product is not available, or
-
The return is approved but the product cannot be replaced.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (for prepaid orders). COD refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI after collecting bank details.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
